LeverKit lead systems
We build each business its own lead system and run it for them. It answers new leads within a minute by text, email and phone, keeps following up until they book, and puts every appointment on the right person's calendar, all under the business's own name.
Built for your business
No two businesses handle leads the same way, so there's no box to buy. We build each system around how the business already works: its services, its hours, its people, its calendars and the tools it already uses. It answers in the business's name, from its own number.
It fits any business that runs on leads and booked appointments or calls: home services like roofing, HVAC and plumbing, med spas, consultants, recruiters and more.
Then we run it. LeverKit sets it up with you, watches it and keeps tuning it as your business changes. There's no sign-up form and no off-the-shelf plan. If that sounds like what your business needs, let's talk.

What it does
A lead fills out a form, books online or calls from an ad. Within a minute the system texts, emails and calls them, any hour, and books the appointment while they still care.
New leads. A text, an email and a call within a minute of the form or the ad, day or night.
Missed calls. The assistant picks up when nobody can, books the appointment on the call and hands anything urgent to a person.
Follow-up. Leads who don't book hear back on the schedule the business sets. Old leads get another try.
Appointments. Confirmations and reminders by text and email. The customer can move or cancel from a link.
The owner. An alert when something needs a person, a weekly report, and every conversation in one place, where anyone on the team can take over.
Ad tracking. Each lead, booking and won deal counted in the business's own Google and Meta ads.
Google and Outlook calendars
Each person who takes appointments can connect their own Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook calendar on the system's Calendars screen (iCloud and similar calendars connect with an app password). Once it's connected, the system:
Checks when they're busy, so it offers only open times. From Google it reads free and busy times only, with no event titles, notes or guests. From Outlook it uses each event's start, end and busy status.
Lets them pick which calendars count. On Google it lists their calendars, so a second work calendar or a family one can block time too.
Puts each booking on their calendar with the customer's name, phone number and what the appointment is for (and the address, when it's a visit), then moves or removes it when the appointment changes.
Keeps its own bookings in step. If they move or delete one of those bookings on their calendar, the appointment in the system follows. It reads back only the events it created.
It doesn't keep the details of anyone's other events, doesn't use calendar data for advertising, and never sells it. Disconnect any time on the Calendars screen, or remove LeverKit's access in your Google or Microsoft account. What's kept, for how long and how to have it deleted is in the privacy policy.
Manage or remove your calendar connection
Choose which calendars count. On the Calendars screen, under your name, tick or untick the calendars whose busy times should block bookings (Google calendars).
Disconnect. On the Calendars screen, Disconnect next to your calendar. LeverKit deletes your stored sign-in, the account's email address, your busy times and your calendar list at once, and for Google it also revokes its access at Google. Microsoft and Apple don't let an app revoke itself, so remove it there too (below). Bookings already on your calendar stay there as your own events; delete them there if you don't want them.
Remove access from Google. Open your Google Account's Linked apps page, filter to apps with access to your Google Account, choose LeverKit, See details, then Remove access and confirm. LeverKit can't reach your calendar after that.
Remove access from Microsoft. A personal Microsoft account: open the apps with access to your account and remove LeverKit. A work or school account: in My Apps, open LeverKit's menu, Manage your application, then Revoke Permissions. If your administrator approved LeverKit for your organization, only they can remove it.
Remove access from Apple. At account.apple.com, Sign-In and Security, App-Specific Passwords: revoke the one you made for LeverKit. Changing your Apple Account password revokes them all.
Have it all deleted. Email contact@leverkit.com from the address you connected, and we delete what's left within 30 days.
