Agreement

By accessing leverkit.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. The site is operated by Owner Evolution LLC d/b/a LeverKit.com, based in Louisiana, United States. These terms also cover the LeverKit lead system (below).

Informational purpose

Content on this site describes our services and past work for general informational purposes. It is not a binding offer, a guarantee of results, or professional legal, financial, or tax advice. Client engagements are governed exclusively by separate written agreements between Owner Evolution LLC and the client.

The lead system

The lead system is provided to businesses under a written agreement with Owner Evolution LLC. That agreement governs the service, its fees and the business's data, and wins over these terms where they differ. These terms also apply to everyone who signs in to the system or connects a calendar to it.

Use it only for the business that gave you access, and only as that business allows. Connect only calendars you're allowed to use; you can disconnect at any time, and bookings already on your calendar stay there. The business is responsible for having its customers' consent to the calls and texts it asks the system to make, and for the content it gives the system to send.

Google, Microsoft, Meta, the phone carriers and the other services the system connects to have their own terms, which apply to your use of them. We may suspend access to protect the system, the business or other people. The system is provided as described in the business's agreement; without one, the warranty and liability limits below apply.

Intellectual property

The content of this site (text, design, and the LeverKit name and logo) belongs to Owner Evolution LLC. Third-party product names and logos shown on this site are trademarks of their respective owners; they appear only to identify tools we build with and do not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by those companies.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, including scraping at scale, attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it, or using it for unlawful purposes.

No warranties; limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Owner Evolution LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site, and our total liability relating to the site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Owner Evolution LLC harmless from claims arising out of your violation of these terms or misuse of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Louisiana.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the version posted here with the most recent “last updated” date applies.
